Cooperation and partners
Cooperation and development of rental and sales of properties can take several forms and I will mention some of our ideas as follows,
- Property owners that are interested in renting their properties for vacation purposes, or/and selling. We cooperate with authorized real estate agents for contracts and registration.
- Cooperation with person or persons who can build a property base on their own. This by cooperation with travel agencies and real estate agents build a demand for rentals/sales locally. In this case Villas Lujo will be an excellent marketing tool.
- Travel agencies that want to offer their clients alternative vacation packages, in areas covered by us and our partners.
- Link exchange with sites similar to our own, is primarily an exchange of links in other geographical locations that can rise our common visibility on Internet. Rental sites in other areas are not competitive nor are real estate agencies in the same area. In Villas Lujo you will find that the real estate agent in reality advertising their properties, close to 90% of our properties for sale, come from cooperation with real estate agents. Link exchange will also result in return visits to all participating sites and a better general visibility, which benefit all parties. We are in the process of building such a link exchange for this purpose.
- Exchange of property offerings between our and other locations. This will create a rise of revenue possibilities for us and our partners.
